Get started now with classes in Acomb.

If you aren't sure if you need 1-2-1 or group coaching just yet, why not come along to a class and see what training with me is all about. All classes are run from my private gym space in Acomb and are capped at 8 people per class. In every class you will:

- Learn new movements and receive coaching throughout

- Be able to track your weights used to ensure progress

- Always train in a positive and fun environment

- Never be pushed beyond your limits

- Be able to work around injuries

​

Classes run Monday - Thursday with the option to pay as you go (£7 per class) or buy a monthly membership for unlimited classes that you can cancel any time. No minimum contract lengths.
